Ed Hinkle and Randy Seitter have over 50 years combined expertise in the construction industry. Both men hold electrical and plumbing master licenses for the Tri – State Area. Ms.Runzer has a BS degree from Penn State and an MBA from Temple and has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. We have a full staff of qualified individuals to design, build, and upgrade that old pool and give it new life.
Edward J. Hinkle

Ed Hinkle has more than 40 year’s experience in estimating and electrical & mechanical work in the construction industry. He has specialized training in Electrical Construction Cost Estimating, Electrical Blueprint Reading, Industrial Power Distribution, National Electrical Code Upgrades (Bi-annual continuing education), Refrigeration Service Engineers Society Certified, and Pool and Spa Electrical Testing (Pool Bonding Tester). He holds an Electrical Contractor’s License in PA NJ, and DE and is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
For Stoneridge, Edward Hinkle handles electrical estimating and field management of projects in general and swimming pool construction with the rehabilitation of mechanical and electrical systems. He oversees the day-to-day field operations including material procurement, manpower allotment, equipment and subcontractor scheduling.

Mr. Seitter has more than 40 year’s experience in the construction industry with estimating, project management, contract administration, supervision, practical and field work. He has specialized training as a Certified Pool Operator & APSA Tech I, Claims and Contract Administration and holds a Master Plumber’s License in PA, NJ, and DE. Mr. Seitter is a Certified Professional Estimator with the American Society of Professional Estimators.
For Stoneridge, Mr. Seitter is responsible for estimating, project management, material expediting, initial purchases and scheduling. In addition, he is responsible for obtaining bonding, banking, insurance, and supervises accounting, job costing and financial management of the corporation. Mr. Seitter is a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and volunteers his time to several local Veteran Service Organizations in Bucks County.
Ms. Runzer has worked with both owners in the past at a previous employer. She handles all administrative and financial systems and assists with estimating, expediting, project management and all other facets of construction management as needed. Ms. Runzer has a BS degree from Penn State and an MBA from Temple. She has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry with accounting, estimating, project management and contract administration.
